PRICES
• Prices are available for existing and registered resellers only and are subject to change without notice.
• All wholesale prices are FOB our warehouse in Egypt , except for special and container sales.
• We will always honor the prices quoted at the time the order was placed.

MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum order is $1000 for wholesale and $18,000 for full container sales.

BACK ORDERS
• Backorders will not be charged on the invoice unless requested to do so.
• Backorders are kept on file for 6 months and shipped when available unless cancelled by the customer.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Exact shipping cost is not quoted at time of check out. Shipping fees usually range between 8 to 15% of the total invoice.

All merchandise in stock will be shipped promptly, usually within 1-2 weeks. Unless requested otherwise, please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.

Unless otherwise requested we may ship using Fedex or UPS Ground service. Sometimes we elect to use USPS (The Postal Service) at our discretion. Should your purchase require special handling, we will advise you of alternative methods ie: trucking company, freight etc.

GUARANTEE & RETURNS (PLEASE READ THOUROUGHLY)
Due to the nature of hand made products, dimensions, details and/or colors represented in our catalog may vary. Natural variations in products are not considered damages.

In the event that you need to return any merchandise due to damage, please call or email us immediately upon delivery to initiate a return. We will be very happy to help you with the return. You can contact us by via email, phone, or fax. Please DO NOT return any merchandise without a return authorization from Berber Trading Company
Any unauthorized returns may be refused at your expense.

A restock fee of 15% will only be charged in the following cases:

• A damaged or wrong item is returned without prior authorization.
• An item is returned within 7 days for a refund (does not apply if in house credit is requested).
• An item is returned for natural variations in the product.
No returns are allowed after 7 days of receipt.

Please note that we will refund the full purchase price and shipping cost if the return results from our error or damaged in transit.

CLAIMS
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. Any damages should first be reported to the carrier and then to us via voice, email, or fax. DO NOT return any merchandise to us without a return authorization. Any unauthorized returns will be refused. This policy is strictly enforced.
IMPORTANT: Due to strict shipping and claim handling policies, damaged product claims will only be accepted and honored within 3 days of receipt of order. This is strictly enforced.
